Hi All. It's been a long while since I updated the blog. Events this year has turned everything on its head. Maintaining business during a pandemic is no easy feat. In no way do I mean to minimize the seriousness or the pain we have all endured due to Covid 19. I doubt there's anyone who doesn't know someone who has been affected. Unfortunately for many families illness has turned into tragedy. Our thoughts and prayers go out to them and we hope that with much work and a little luck we will see the end of this soon and get the country moving again. But we all must do our part. That means things like social distancing, washing hands, and of course wearing masks.
And while it may seem somewhat callous to mention business in the same thought, this too is necessary to keep the economy running. For us sales are up, then down, then up and the cycle continues. Throughout all this we at B&I Overseas Beverages continue to strive to bring our premium brands to you. From Stumbras Vodkas, to Perfectomundo Tequila, to Svyturys beer and much more, if we can provide even a little sense of normalcy to you while this is going on then we feel that we're doing our job.
So stay safe and healthy and use good sense in dealing with this.
